Terms & Conditions

Visit https://www.bigbasket.com/sh/1058e. Alternatively, go to the bigbasket app, click on the icon on the top right and choose 'My Gift Cards’ > Enter Gift Card code and Gift Card PIN > click on ‘Redeem’.
The entire Gift Card amount shall be credited to bigbasket wallet (‘bbWallet’).
Add products to the basket and complete the payment by choosing bbWallet payment option.
Please note: There is a limit of 3 Gift Cards per day that can be added to your bigbasket account.
Gift Cards are redeemable only on the bigbasket mobile app.
Gift Cards are valid only in select cities and geographical locations where bigbasket operates, subject to availability. If a Gift Card is purchased and used in a city where bigbasket does not operate, the amount will not be reimbursed/refunded.
Gift Card will be valid for a period of up to 12 months from the date of its issue. A Gift Card cannot be re-validated once it has expired.
The redeemed Gift Card amount can be used across multiple orders, except for:
Purchase of Gold or Silver Coins.
Purchases of any product from the electronics category.
Purchases of any products sold by third party sellers listed on the platform, like café, pharmacy and such other categories.
Purchase of cigarettes, cigars, cheroots, beedis, cigarette tobacco, pipe tobacco and hookah tobacco, chewing tobacco, snuff, pan masala or any chewing material having tobacco as one of its ingredients (by whatever name called), gutka and/or tooth powder containing tobacco.
Purchase of infant food, infant milk substitute, and/or feeding bottles.
Such other products or categories, as may be determined by bigbasket at its sole discretion.
Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash and/or credited to source account.
If a customer misplaces the Gift Card, bigbasket shall not be responsible for any reimbursement / refund for such a Gift Card amount or issue of a duplicate Gift Card.
